ABOUT Me
Welcome to Plant Head Bakery, where each new day is a fresh start! This story began when I was just 6 years old and started baking for my loved ones on holidays and birthdays. My passion for baking grew from there, and after college instead of focusing on my studies, I knew that baking would be the only thing I would want to do for the rest of my life. I wanted to pursue this new avenue, I just had no idea how. I knew I just had to start and continue to trust in God to guide me every step of the way. So after much planning and deliberation, I launched Plant Head Bakery on my 25th birthday, October 23, 2023!

I have dietary restrictions. Do you offer gluten-free or other allergen-free baked goods?
Absolutely! I understand dietary needs and offer a variety of gluten-free options, along with other allergen-free delights. If you have celiac disease please let me know when you place the order we can discuss the baking process to see if you would like to proceed!
Do you only offer cakes and cookies?
In addition to my cakes and cookies, I also offer brownies, cupcakes, specialty cookies, banana bread, cookie cakes, mini heart-shaped cakes, cookie cream pies, seasonal pies, and seasonal dinner rolls!
I'm planning a special event. Can I get a custom cake or pastry order tailored to my requirements?
Certainly! I create custom bakes for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Simply add in inspo picture when placing your order or drop an email or text with your ideas, and we can work together to bring your vision to life.
What are your most popular items, and do you have any daily or seasonal specials?
My menu features a range of popular items, with some customer favorites that have become classics. I also introduce monthly and seasonal specials based on fresh, local ingredients. Text me to see what special item I featuring if you have any questions!
Is your bakery 100% Vegan?
Yes, it is! I have been vegan for 7 years as well!
How far in advance should I place an order, especially for larger quantities or special events?
For custom orders or larger quantities, I would recommend placing your order at least a week in advance. This allows me to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and can dedicate the time to craft your order with care. The typical lead time, however, is 48 - 72 hrs!
Where are you located and are you in a licensed kitchen?
I am based in Belleville Mi, and I am a cottage food baker which means I am under cottage law. Item is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development
